You are bidding on my 1966 Chevy Impala SS. This is a factory automatic car with factory AC. I have owned this car for around four years. The body of this car came from Colorado and was 90% rust free. The entire interior was removed and the floor boards as well as the trunk were all treated with POR-15 a rust prevention inhibitor, which acts as a corrosion protection, rust converter. The one bad spot on the car was the right quarter panel. The entire quarter was replaced from the body line down. There was no rust around any of the windows. The car is powered by a 350 motor which is out of a 1978 Corvette. The Corvette was a very low mileage car before being totaled. All the compression is good. The transmission is a Turbo 350 that shifts tight. This car was put together to be a driver and came be driven anywhere. Last Sunday I drove this car from Port Charlotte to Fort Lauderdale and back. About a 400 mile trip. The AC does work and is charged with 134 A. You will notice in the pictures that the dash was cut out for a modern radio but I do have another one that is not cut or damaged in any way. Two years ago I have the whole painted with base coat, clear coat. Due to a family emergency I was forced to leave the car under a car cover outside. Due to the Florida rain and heat the car cover baked into the paint. The car needs to be sanded down smooth and re-painted.
