I have a 99 Vx or Vehicross Ironman ,as you can tell we have had a bit of fun with the logos on it. The original lettering was falling off and for what ever reason i though it would be fun to hang Umbrella corp logos on it. It has been a riot and even got me out of a speeding ticket as the the officer asked where i was going in such a hurry " Raccoon City where else? " . I cant guarantee it will work again but the decals are of very good quality and will just peel off. About the VX it self. The Good All major engine service has been done.timing belt, belt tension er,front oil seal, 4 coil packs a full set of plugs. fuel.oil filters have been changed. both diffs have been serviced. The trans was replaced with a rebuilt unit with in the last 500 miles. the ac was just redone and is cold. tires and wheels are new and i mean new.. 200 miles on them. the truck runs great and has been inspected in a county that has strict emissions control. if it will pass here it will pass anywhere. The inside is very nice but does show its age, there are wear lines in the front seats and a small u shaped cut in the drivers seat. " see pic" rear seats are perfect except when i bought it it has never had the rear head rests for some reason. this VX has a rear power and remote lock rear door that is aftermarket. " press the button the door unlocks and a motor opens it" Not stock, it was in it when i got the little bugger. Alpine cd player and punch speakers. radio has the usb and aux jack in it. Now for you VX fans. I lived in Austin and this VX has both the passenger side slide rails and the rear receiver kit installed. Now for the bad's. small u cut in drivers front seat no rear headrests floor mats are faded drivers door creaks when opened " the little device that holds the door open makes a pop sound when opened. all the lube in the world does not help either. dents in the drivers door and the rubber trim is missing. I have looked for all this stuff but as these trucks get harder and harder to find, and there are no dealers anymore. Parts are hard to come by. And the big question.... Why are you selling the VX? Well, i just bought a big sailboat and.... im now broke as hell. Why else? I will never recover what i have in it but i hope she gets a good home.
