This is a 1983 Mustang GLX convertible. This has a 5.0, 4 speed. This mustang has original paint and drivetrain from what I see. The car runs and drives well. I drove it home when I purchased it, over 200 miles, with no issues. It needed a tuneup and muffler replaced, which has been done. I added new rear speakers and drivers power lock as they were inoperable when I purchased it. I just purchased car about two months ago. I am selling because I got my dream car, a 2003 Cobra Convertible. (last photo) (The Cobra is not for sale. Just photo showing reason I am selling the 1983 convertible). The only issues I am aware of are ac needs recharge, power top needs new cylinder installed.There are cylinders and lines in the trunk. This is the first year of the convertible. Fun to drive and quiet exhaust. Only rust I see is on lip of trunk. The power windows, factory stereo work as designed. The top has no cuts, or tears from what I see. The passenger seat has a split on the seam but other seats appear ok. I installed all new plug wires, plugs, fuel filter, PVC, and brand new edelbrock carburetor. Car comes with original carburetor and rebuild kit. This car is a fun driver and reliable. Buyer responsible for all shipping charges. No returns as car is a used vehicle. Car is sold as is where is.
