You are bidding on a clean, original YJ has had one older owner most of its life and was well maintained here in Southeast Virginia area. These are getting so hard to find like this. It is 99% rust free and has never been in mud/ salt as evident from the underbody pictures. Frame and tub in great shape. It has 50,000 mi on its rebuilt 2.5. It fires right up and runs, brakes, and rides great - no leaks, smoke, runs cool. Drive it home. Trans and clutch shift flawlessly and the 4WD works. New $700 Kelly Off road tires and alignment 900 mi ago. It is not a new vehicle by any means, but a honest great running early YJ that has not been modified or taken apart in any way. Enjoy it how it is, restore to new, or the perfect solid start to the ultimate Jeep build up. Up next on my to-do list for this vehicle was a new top,a windshield(single crack), stereo (older cassette not working), a mssing hubcap, and a small exhaust leak to address. All minor quibles to me and could be done eventually. Note- not equipped with backseat from factory. It has a steel locking storage box in rear for valuables when your top is off. It is bolted to floor utilizing existing floor bolts. No holes drilled. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
