It has covered 67,000 miles from new. Its had the same owner since 2006. Its only covered 6 miles since the last UK government annual safety test. The chassis is excellent, original and solid with no rot at all. Similarly, the bulkhead is superb and extremely solid. The doors are good and it really is a nice looking old Landrover. There are numerous receipts for work that has been carried out. It has had new leaf springs, and a reconditioned fuel pump plus much more. The bodywork is nice and straight and does not suffer from any major marks whatsoever. The blue colour is its original colour although the last keeper has freshened it up by hand painting or brush painting it, therefore there are a few runs , however it looks presentable. The sides are nice and straight and there is only an odd light mark really. Its original and the wheels are standard and have great tyres fitted all round.The interior is in good shape. The passengers seat does have wear to it as seen in photos. The dashboard is in good order with all switches etc working even down to the windscreen washers. The rear area has 4 individual side facing seats that fold up to also give you the full load area etc. And there is also the spare wheel in the rear. All in all very good indeed. Mechanically the Landrover is superb. The engine starts well and runs very smoothly indeed. These engines are normally quite loud but this one is the best I have ever heard runs really quietly for a diesel motor. The 4 speed manual gearbox is excellent and all gears select without fault. The clutch is perfect and the truck drives nicely. There is no overheating etc and all is as it should be. The 4WD has all been reconditioned and works well in Low Range 4WD. This model even has the freewheeling front hubs so 4WD can be disengaged when not needed. There is also no smoke or leaks etc. This Land rover would have no issues passing a UK government annual safety test (M.O.T). All in all, a very nice truck that would make a good daily driver or for special occasions.
