2010 BMW 328 XI AWD Loaded... Power windows, locks, power/heated seats, moonroof, All the goodies... I bought this car to fix for myself but ending up hurting my shoulder and had to have surgery so now I can't do it... Body is in great shape... The interior is in great shape except the front seats will need replaced water go to the bottom of the seats. The seat motors and electronics will not work. It had some minor flood damage to the interior about 4-6 inches of water got in the cabin. The water never got much above the rocker panels.. The car has been cleaned is free of odor and is dry..The parts needed can be bought at a junk yard for around 2000 Dollars... Needs some modules and a wireing harness... The engine got NO water in it at all... I changed the oil with Mobil 1 0-40 and found no water in the oil. This car retails for about 28-30 grand for this year make and milage....The title shows 10 actual miles. But the actual mileage is unknown until you hook up the battery cables the insurance company cut them as a safety precaution. The cars computer is located in the glove box and the water never even got close to it.... I feel confident that who ever buys this car can fix it for way under half the cost to buy it at a dealer. The car is being sold AS-IS on a PA salvage Certificate. Any questions feel free I will do my best to answer... Buyer must pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction end.
