FOR SALE . 1972 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX Model J. All original unmolested survivor car.Great color combination of factory black with black interior. Same owner from 1975-2013.. Sold new at TAYLOR PONTIAC in Dallas Texas. Original owner had it until 1975.Traded in at TINDALL & Son PONTIAC in San Antonio TX. Then was bought by a Capt in the Air Force and he had it until this year. Always well maintained and cared for. Over the years it has been to numerous air force bases around the US. About everything has been rebuilt as some point in its life. In 1995 the car was stripped to bare metal and painted and had a new vinyl top and new interior. Real clean correct interior including new pontiac floor mats. Riding on the original rally II wheels that have been repainted with new center caps. Rides and drives nice. Cold AC power steering and power disc brakes. Factory AM FM Stereo. Has added speakers in the side of the console but am including a nice original black unmolested console.. About 10 years ago the motor was completely rebuilt and has had a new radiator recently. Just had the original carb rebuilt. Numbers Matching drivetrain -400 4bl YS Automatic..Mileage is over on the odometer but am not sure on the exact mileage. Good chrome. Frame and floors are great. Was Ziebarted all over back in the day. Has had some marginal repair to the LH trunk floor.Paint is still shiney and presentable but has numerous small chips and a few spots under the middle body molding that moisture underneath is blistering the paint..
