** Most importantly, please review all my feedback regarding vehicles I have sold to give you peace and assurance about the honesty and quality of cars I sell ** I purchased this gorgeous BMW from an insurance auction. It's an awesome car and someone will be very pleased with this purchase. Sitting in it and driving it feels and looks like a new car. The car runs and drives perfect. Tons of power, very smooth and sounds amazing. Suspension is tight, no rattles, creaks, etc... Everything is quiet and tight and its a dream to drive. Just as you would expect. This car had a relatively minor hit on the lower right front side, perhaps an offroad excursion or curb. It was so minor, no airbags were deployed. The following repairs have been made to the car including: New rim (no visible damage on outside but its always best to replace these for safety reasons)New tire (the other 3 look nearly new as well. They are all Michelin Pilot Sports)New aluminum crossmember (purchased from BMW dealership. $900 retail part, labor intensive job)New power steering pump pulley purchased from BMW dealershipNew strut (sport suspension)New beltNew control arm. With the exception of a few cosmetic issues, the car is in exceptional condition. Paint is beautiful and has great finish (except for the lower portion of the front bumper that needs resprayed as mentioned). . As far as I can tell, the car has not had any paint or body work and no paint or body work has been done to repair the car. The only remaining issues from the incident are very minor items including a small ding in fender, lower front bumper resprayed and two areas where the plastic radiator shroud is cracked (does not affect performance). The photos show these issues. These are cosmetic in nature. Car comes with a Georgia Salvage Title. No airbags were deployed as it was too minor an incident. I know of absolutely no mechanical issues with the car. There is a slight amount of wear on the driver bolster as you would enter the car and on the fingertip controls on the wheel. Otherwise, the interior is immaculate. Everything works as it should, including Xenon lights, sunroof, Navigation system, seats, stereo, cold ac, etc.. There are no fluid drops on my garage floor. It is clear that the original owner took EXCEPTIONAL care of this car. This car is also fully loaded with all the options that are sought after by enthusiast drivers. This is not your typical BMW 3 series. It is a twin turbo with the premium package, sport package, iDrive navigation system, black leather interior, power auto leveling Xenon headlights, rain sensing wipers, ground lighting in door handles, both front seats are 8 way power adjustable, auto climate control with separate controls for both sides, power moonroof, heated front seats, real time traffic information, ipd/usb adapter, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, dual power heated and auto dimming outside mirrors that power fold, Premium Sound system with 2 sub woofers, paddle shifters for 6 speed auto transmission, etc... Also if you are an avid enthusiast, this car can be upgraded to 400 HP with a simple chip change. All original documents and manuals are included in the BMW binder. The original tools are in the kit in the trunk as well. The iDrive Navigation system also comes with 2013 Maps including red light cameras and speed trap data! There aren't too many opportunities to get a car of this caliber with all these desirable options in black on black and in this condition for such a low price. The car can be viewed in Volente, between Leander and Austin if you would like to inspect it before the auction ends. Buyer must pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction end. There are no exceptions to this! Vehicle must be picked up within 14 days of auction end unless prior arrangements are made. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements.
