We had bought this awhile back and was planning to refurbish it, but we have way to many other business obligations in order to do so.This is a 1930 Model A pickup made by Ford.The car body was a 95% rust free car from the pictures I had seen before it was put together, it is on the original frame with an olds rear suspension and corvair front end. It is powered by a GM 305 with a RV cam and edelbrock carb. It has Electronic ignition.It has a full set of gauges, sometime the fuel gauge works, sometimes it doesn't I believe the float is stuck. Power windows also. Automatic transmission.The body is very nice on this car, the paint is older, very presentable, but not a Boyd Cottington special. It starts every single time with no issues. the car weights around 2200-2500 pounds so the 305 really makes it get up and go, plus allows for a great highway driver. It runs right down the highway at 85 with ease, it steers effortlessly and rides very nice,. It is rattle free, except for one rattle in the passenger side door. My guess would be the door latch. The passenger door glass is cracked as it had a peek-a-boo mirror set up and one of the shop guys opened it up to far causing it to break. We had purchased a brand new set of Yellow spark plug wires to set it off a bit under the hood, we have installed them now as present in the under the hood pictures.If you would like us to have a new driver side glass shipped to us and installed, please let me know, we will work a deal out as I understand not everyone has the ability or resources to do this.I think this is a pretty sweet start and I can picture the car in a flat black and NOW FEATURES a great tire and wheel set up.A few changes cheap changes on this car and you really have a money maker or great cruiser.
