Here is my 1968 Porsche (Karmann) 912. It was basically a barn find for me - I came across it accidentally while driving through the country-side and since then have cleaned it up inside and out, put on a new set of tires, and have gotten the motor to run. I am selling due to too many project cars and I have already gotten as far as I ever will with the Porsche - it is time for somebody else to bring it totally back to life and get it back on the road properly. The car rolls freely, the motor turns over well and has good compression, the transmission goes into and out of all gears very smoothly, and the interior is in great shape. Just about everything works; all the doors and windows open, lights and signlas are functional (turn the key and the engine cranks), as well as the parking brake. It even has the original spare tire in great shape. Odometer shows 36,700mi. The white paint is faded and cracking in places uncovering the original champagne yellow (champagnergelb) paint job. There is some minor rust on the car but nothing that is not repairable; the body and floors are in good shape - there is some rust in (front) trunk pan, front bumper, engine bay floor, and the engine bonnet. Overall it is a very good project car that has a lot of potential and a great head start - I have the proper paperwork (clean title) and keys ready for the next owner to pick up where I have left off. **Bidders with 0 or negative feedback must contact me prior to bidding or your bids will be cancelled.
