1957 chevy truck frame with 283 V-8 engine and TH350 tranny --both were rebuilt about 5 years ago and have less then 4000 miles on them. I recently ran the engine codes and it is apparently from a 1961-64 Chevy - not sure what model - has ram horn exhaust manifolds and new exhaust in great condition still. I pulled the body off and set it on a 1996 impala ss frame and installed a fuel injection LS engine so this frame and drivetrain aren't being used. Was going to keep it but i'm losing my storage space so I've got to get rid of it. Engine and tranny ran PERFECT before i pulled the body off about 8 months ago. Frame is for a longbed but can be easily sectioned down to fit a shortbed and I will complete this work for you for an additional $550 if you decide to do so just let me know after the auction. I have set the reserve for what the engine alone is worth because I just need to get rid of it before I have to start paying storage fees.
