This car can be used as a daily driver until the fall when you can take it and rebuild it. Hello, I have received a few questions, so I will try to answer most of them here. The Chevelle does not smoke. The transmission does not slip. I drove to CT, at 65 mph, from Central NY a few weeks ago, without any problems. There is a trunk, but it has holes. It will hold luggage, or whatever else for awhile, but will need replacement soon. The trunk, roof, and back dash will need to be replaced. There is solid metal to attach new metal too. It is numbers matching, with a new alternator. There are a lot of options with this car. I have been given estimates of $6,500 - 10,000 for restoration, so figure anywhere in that price range. Restore it to its original state. The Chevelle Malibu is a good looking car without being an SS, or turn it into an SS Clone.
