Here is my 1961 Cadillac Deville. I will call it a project car but it is running and drives. It does need some work. Lets start with what works. The engine is tight with 95,000 miles. Maintenance records show this to be true. The tranny is smooth , The rear better then ok. Drives and cruises, The air bags work but the compressor is a little slow building pressure. Lights, brakes, wipers all work well. A recent " real " inspection was done. The original radio is in the trunk. The body is in very good condition. At 20ft long it is a kool ride and turns a lot of heads. NOW FOR WHAT IT NEEDS. There are small rust bubbles on the bottom nothing major, no holes in the trunk, there is a small hole on the passenger side floor board. There is a valve cover leak which drips a little on the manifold. The AC windows and seats do not work, there is a major line not connected. I have not had time to investigate. Then interior is faded but 85% complete.
