1978 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade Levi edition. All original, only 36,000 miles. Was used as a plow vehicle in Pa up until 2000 when it was brought to NY and used to put boats in the water. Was last registered in 2009. I put a new solenoid and fuel pump in it and it fired right up. Fuel gauge and temp gauge work. Clutch is 5 years old. Has the straight 6 232 engine and T-18 4 speed with the 6.32-1 granny low first gear and Dana 20 transfer case. Runs and drives but needs a total restoration. Tub is very rusty. it will need extensive repair. A new tub is probably the best option. Frame seems solid. Doors are in nice shape with no rust. Power steering and power brakes. Seats are original Levi but unfortunately mice got to them. Tailgate is nice as is the tire carrier. Levi dash pad also appears to be nice shape. Comes with an original soft top and doors that isn't in the greatest condition. Hard top is crack free but the rear gate has some rust. I have two replacement fenders and a hood I can include if desired. This is an original Renegade with a desirable drive train and Levi interior that is worthy of a restoration.
