There are no dash cracks and the original seats are excellent(very unusual for S4 car) .The car has the working original radio.She drives like you would expect from a 42000 mile car. The brakes are excellent , the motor revs cleanly and the exhaust sounds terrific. The suspension and steering are really tight. This Alfa is an absolute joy to drive.The car shifts smoothly through all 5 forward gears (no 2nd gear synchro crunch). The original spare has never been on the car. The series 4 spider 1991-94 are the last and arguably the best spiders to come to the USA. The styling was cleaned up with the integrated bumpers and spoiler free rear and updated taillight treatment.The primary mechanical change was the spider was given Bosch motronic fuel injection. Power steering was added along with twin electronic cooling fans. A drivers side airbag and knee bolsters were added to meet us safety standards. The series 4 shape is stunning it looks like it could have been designed today with a modern yet classic shape. With Alfa returning to the USA in 2015 the series 4 spider will become even more sought after as the production numbers of series 4 cars were very low compared to the series 3 predecessor.
