The car's super straight body displays a glossy layer of Saleen Silver metallic clearcoat that, judging by its smooth appearance, has been maintained with the utmost care. This Saleen is garaged kept by it's original, non-smoking owner and is absolutely like new. This car was purchased from the inside showroom at A.C Collins Chevrolet in Houston TX in July 2005 -- the 1st year of the newly designed Mustang body style makeover by Ford. I have original window sticker, Saleen owners manual, and all literature. The car has not been driven hard and is all stock with no add-ons. I have the title in hand. As we all know, Steve Saleen's creations have never been defined by mere stripes and stickers. Straight from his shop, this Ford's heavily re-engineered 'mod motor' makes a powerful 340 lb./ft. of low-end torque. Visually, the engine compartment comes together just as well as the outside of the car. Saleen's install is exceptionally clean and display the Saleen-branded centerpiece and clean fuel rails. The greatest advancement granted by the new Mustang platform is its ability to corner and handle any track with its Racecraft Suspension. The 5-speed manual drives a tall 3.55 rear end that makes for super responsive wheel spin and alarming acceleration. The modified exhaust system incorporates Saleen's vacuum-actuated mufflers into custom, 2.5 inch stainless pipes. Put all this on top of high-performance Dunlop Tires (275/35ZR20) racked on Saleen's 7-spoke chome alloy wheels (9" in Front/10" in Back) and this coupe is an absolute delight to drive! Inside, you'll find the leather sport seats a nice surprise as you gaze at the 200 MPH speedometer and Ford's "my color" instrument panel. Crank up the Shaker 500 stereo with in-dash 6 CD changer and enjoy all the normal luxuries you'd expect in a high dollar muscle car including: cruise control, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, a power driver's seat, and remote keyless entry that's complete with built in theft deterrent software. It's always hard to describe a car that is essentially new in every way. So I'll just sum this Mustang up by saying that everything, from its ice cold air conditioning to its Saleen-branded steering wheel, is in impeccable working order.
