2004 Honda CRF450R mx race bike. This is my personal race bike.I just rebuilt this motor. I was not expecting to sell it,but I just had another crf450 come by, with a price that I could not turn down. So I can not keep both of them. I just rebuilt this motor,from top to bottom.I was planing on racing it this summer. I have quite a bit in the motor,so try to follow along. It has a new crankshaft,main bearings,the cylinder was re-plated by millenium tech.,it has a Wiseco racers choice piston kit,at 13.5:1 compression. For those that do not know what a racers choice piston is ,its the piston that the pro motocross riders get. They just became available to the public. A new Wiseco cam chain,a Wiseco cam shaft. The head is ported, Stianless steal intake and exhaust valves,The stock valve seats and guides have been replaced. The intake and exhaust valve seats are Beryllium copper,the valve guides were replaced with bronze guides,ALL the engine seals were replaced. It has the large Hinson clutch basket,and a new stock Honda inner clutch hub,and pressure plate,new clutch cable. Since I rebuilt it, I used it for 5 hours. I do have an hour meter on the motor. It has pro-taper bars,ASV clutch and brake levers,new pro-grips. As you can see in the pictures it has new front and rear fenders ,radiator shrouds,and graphics and a new seat cover.It has Devol aluminum radiator guards. I just replaced all the linkage and swingarm bearings. The forks and shock were serviced this past October. They are pretty much stock,even though they have decals on them. There is a holeshot device on the bike. The exhaust header is stock Honda,the canister is a Bills exhaust,I just repacked it with moose pillow packing. The tires are Kenda Washougal front and rear. The front is fairly new the back tire is a little worn,but still hooks up great. The chain is an o-ring,the sprockets are steel,the brakes are new. The price that I have listed is $2000.00 firm.
