Up for auction is a well maintained 1994 Ford Bronco with NO RESERVE. High bid takes her home. This Bronco has only 82k miles on it and was just retired last month from service from a local fire department. It was driven by a battalion chief in charge of training. It was serviced every 3,000 miles since new. The 5.8 liter V8 (351 cubic inch) starts right up and runs smoothly and quietly with no smoke or strange noises. The automatic transmission shifts as it should with no slippage. The tires have a good amount of tread left on them. The exhaust system is quiet. All lights and guages work as they should. The air conditioning is ice cold. Even the rear power window works. There are no leaks. No check engine or other warning lights illuminated. The brakes feel very soft, however, and I believe it needs a brake line. The exterior is in reasonably good shape for its age. There are no major dents or damage. The paint looks good and all the glass is in good shape. There is some rust in the usual places (left rear wheel well has rust and the floor board near the drivers seat looks like it's starting to rot out). The fire department decals are still attached and were painted over. There is a crease on the drivers door (see picture). The interior is clean and in good shape with no rips or unusual wear. There is a piece of trim missing from the rear cargo area and the interior door handle on the drivers door is broken. This Bronco would make a great woods or beach truck. The rear portion of the roof over the cargo area and rear seat comes off. It also has a tow package. KNOWN DEFICIENCIES: 1.The brake pedal is soft. I'm pretty sure it needs a brake line. I would recommend having it towed for this reason. 2. No spare tire 3. I have the ignition key but not the key for the door locks 4. Some rust in rear wheel well and drivers door area 5.
