Up for auction is a 1963 Triumph Bonneville T120, numbers matching I purchased this bike about 3 years ago and I have no time to restore this bike. 1963 was the 1st year of the unit construction. There are a lot of original parts on the bike. The frame,tail section,foot pegs 1 year only,side panel, front fork legs ,front wheel, rear wheel hub. Gas tank is not original someone chromed this one and had it on the bike.I have not did anything to this bike except store it for 3 years.I used a brass brush to remove the paint to see the engine numbers better.some one painted the engine black.I was told that the engine was running when put away about 30 years ago, but cannot verify this. The engine turns over free.The motor and trans should be rebuilt with the restoration. It has the wrong carbs on the bike,also the trans cover is wrong, it should have no acsess hle. This bike is a good candidate for restoration. I have tried to describe this bike to the best of my knowledge of it.
