One super nice 1965 Chevy Nova SS. Complete ground up restoration. Car was totally disassembled and taken down to bare metal. There was rust in the rear quarter panels and it was cut out by a body shop. It's painted Bahama Blue with Silver Metallic flake. Undercarriage is nothing extremely special it was just painted with black undercoating. Interior has custom design with Dodge Neon front bucket seats. Wheels are Boyd Coddington Bitchin Series Genesis 6 with BFG G-Force T/A front 205/40 17 and rear 225/40 18. 4 wheel Wilwood disc brakes. Engine 383 stroker with 4 bolt main one piece rear main seal block in standard configuration. SRP forged pistions with 9.8 compression - Plasma moly file fit rings. 4340 forged crankshaft and H beam rods. Comp Cam 08-433-8 roller camshaft with 236/242 duration @ .05 - lift .520int/.540exh. Trick Flow heads ported and polished - Values 2.02/1.60 with double springs. Carburetor 750cfm Speed Demon. Transmission - Lockup 700R4 with a 2800 shall speed converter - built by Phoenix Transmission - converter built by Hughes Performance. Rear end 10 bolt with 4.11 gears and eaton posi. Front clip - Mustang II by Heidt's (all power coated silver). Engine bay has polished stainless steel on inner fender wells and under hood. Grill 62-64 Billet Nova Grill. Sound system - 8 speaker 1000W with two 12" subs. Has power brakes and steering, NO A/C. The car has dual alternators because it maintains a hi voltage during cruising (idle), no headlights dimming. Car has dual Be Cool fans and they use a lot of power. Car never overheads, even when it's 100 degrees. The car also has blue neon under the car (which is illegal in a lot of States) but cool when parked. Also, there are blue LED lights in the engine that's really trick looking at night. Super clean and fun to drive. The last 4 years have not driven the car much and think it time for someone else to enjoy it. It likes to be driven. Everywhere I go it's a head turner. I have won many trophies and prize money in show and shines. 2 problems that would need to be addressed by buyer Small transmission leak right at the dipstick (where dipstick enters transmission) Driver door needs to be adjusted. I closes but not like it should so an adjustment to the hinges is required. Both of these are truly minor things and can be fixed with a day. This is not a 10 point show car but very nice and was told by appraiser it would rate out around an 8. I think for the price I have it listed for it's a great deal.
