Vehicle Detail
Second time around is a charm so lets lower the price and give this nice Jeep a new home OK.Some of you may remember the last Jeep I had for sale was the Orange 1983 a few weeks back that has since gone to a new home, so here is the other one I had bought also on my buying rampage#I purchased a "boat load" of vehicles for some reason over the last 5 weeks on some sort of mental fantasy or as some call it a possible mid life crises, I had convinced my self I was going to live in the desert and that spending my kids college funds to do so was a much better Idea than sending them to college#I purchased 2 of these along with several other cars #1957 Belair, 2 50's Buicks, 2 VW's, 1939 Rat Rod Truck, 1960 Belair SS and so on#, this one on accident in away, When I came up with this great idea this was the first Jeep I had looked at and I really wanted it, I made an offer that they refused, I told them if they changed there mind I would buy it "you have my word" I said.......... grrrrr that was a mistake, as I ran off to Arkansas and bought the orange one that day because I just "had to have one" and off to the desert I went. After 0nly a few hours of driving in it I soon came to realize this was probably a bad idea and that sand in my mouth, eyes and food along with sleeping on the ground, the heat and numerous other things, this was a really bad idea. After my super long venture (3 days) I put my tail between my legs, bowed my head and returned home, I was severly repremanded by the wife ( I felt like Dennis the Menace) and it was made clear to me that I could possibly loose the family and half of everything, so I got to thinking that if that was to happen, I probably could n0t even afford to live in the desert, which I hated. So here it is in a nut shell1 Owner ( retired Sheriff moving to Florida) Repainted in mid 1990's to remove the blue decals27,000 milesSuper clean and perfect interiorWhen running you can barley here it, the motor makes no noise what so ever, runs super strong.Clear titleGood tires, this is only the second set ever put on this vehicle. All functions like lights, signals, fan, wipers work flawlessThere are a few small dings and small light scratchesThere is only one area of rust and that is one the frame towards the back, I was told that is common in that spot and water sits there, no other rust issues I could find, I have many pictures of the underside of vehicle. This is such a super nice vehicle.Help a poor Ol' Kansas Country Boy from the sticks in his 40's and buy this Jeep :)I feel confident you could drive this jeep anywhere for any amount of distance, but we can cewrtainly assist with shipping it.
