Vehicle Detail

I'm the second owner and I've owned it for just about 3 years now. I purchased it from the original owner who had it parked for over 10 years in her garage. It has only 3300 miles on it. I decided to repaint the bike as the color scheme wasn't manly at all, it was painted by a truck liner company so it's quite durable (scratch resistant). It's not a bulky bubbly "Rino-Liner" but a thinned out slight textured coating. There are a few dents in the gas tank from first owner. I decided to upgrade the rectifier to a cbr600cc as this is a weak area for these bikes. I had new slow and main jets installed, new air filter, front tire, rear tire, and battery. I also had the rear fender eliminated to make it look cleaner and a custom D&D muffler unit made to get rid of the old/ugly factory unit. The bike actually felt smoother while revving and driving after the new muffler. I also had some custom CNC stainless foot pegs made for the bike. I will get additional pictures of those for anyone who asks for them. The bike last year always averaged over 60mpg with a record of 73mpg if just cruising. This is a PERFECT bike for someone just starting out as it's very light and nimble. It would also be great for someone looking to cut fuel costs on sunny days and trips around town. If you're looking for a perfect bike you'll have to get one off the showroom. The bike is over 23 years old, but for it's age I would consider it in great condition. I will include one extra oil filter and new oem Honda brake pads for the new owner. Just changed the oil last week and took it for a 30 mile cruise, everything functions wonderfully! Here is a requested startup and run video. http://youtu.be/I5DD2Lfvf5I Also decided to do a walk-around with the bike running. I will likely pressure wash the bike before the auction is over. It has no leaks at all but dust and dirt from sitting and riding. http://youtu.be/i5-XxMeHjrI Please feel free to ask any questions. You're more than welcome to come view the bike in person. I did swap the plates over to my new Ducati but I live in an area where you can take a quick spin. On Jul-03-13 at 14:40:31 PDT, seller added the following information: I have the bike for sale locally for $2000 and reserve the right to end the auction anytime for a local sale. Please contact me if you're local.
