The item is owned by Isabella County, not the City, and as such the City assumes no express or implied warranties in connection with this item, including without limitation, any implied merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 1999 Ford Windstar van being sold in as-is condition. Exterior paint is peeling in spots (see photos). Interior in good condition. Isabella County reports the following problems: A/C does not work; rear hatch permanently latched; driver window inoperable. Maintenance records are not available for this vehicle. Please note: the vehicle's battery needs to be recharged. If you are the successful bidder, please bring a battery charger or means to transport the vehicle. Inspection of this vehicle is encouraged. PICK UP: Once payment is received, the purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of the item is at the risk at expense of the purchaser. TIME LIMIT: If an item is not picked up within seven (7) business days after payment is received, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to dispose of it as it deem appropriate, to re-list it for auction, block the bidder from future auctions, and report negative feedback on eBay.
