Fair condition (see photos). Isabella County (owner) classifies this vehicle as: Runs well, driven daily, body has some rust. Partial maintenance records are available for review at the Division of Public Works office, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan (City) is selling the following on behalf of the County of Isabella (Michigan), a local unit of government. The vehicle is owned by Isabella County, not the City, and as such the City assumes no express or implied warranties in connection with this item, including without limitation, any implied merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan is unaware of past or existing problems, if any, with this vehicle. Inspection is encouraged. Vehicle can be seen at the Public Works building, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. LIABILITY: The City of Mt. The purchase of this item shall be on an “as is” basis. This includes no warranty as to the quality, quantity, or condition of any item(s). PAYMENT: All items purchased must be paid in full within seven (7) business days of the auction end date and time and before pick up. The City of Mt. Pleasant will only accept cash, cashier’s checks and money orders. If not paying via PayPal, payment must be made at the Division of Public Works office, located at 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to dispose of it as it deem appropriate, to relist it for auction, and block the bidder from future auctions. At the time of payment, the successful bidder will be required to sign a disclaimer of liability and an acknowledgement of acceptance of the item. SALES TAX: The City of Mt. Pleasant will not add sales tax to the purchase price. Payment of sales tax is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. TITLE TRANSFER: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to transfer the title at the Secretary of State office after purchase. The vehicle’s title can be obtained from the Division of Public Works office at the time of pick-up. PICK UP: Once payment is received, the purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Purchaser may also pay for and pick-up the vehicle on the same day. Removal of the item is at the risk at expense of the purchaser. TIME LIMIT: If an item is not picked up within seven (7) business days after payment is received, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to dispose of it as it deem appropriate, to re-list it for auction, block the bidder from future auctions, and all other allowable actions according to eBay rules.
