To the right buyer this truck is a gold mine. It is a 1997 F-150 Standard Cab Short-Bed, Lariat, 4x4. This truck was Gently Rolled over once. The Truck was on a steep incline and popped the bead on the left front tire, causing it to make a 3/4 roll. There is no damage at all to the chassis or running gear. The truck still runs and drives just fine. I drove it for several months after the roll. This truck could be repaired or just run as is with the top hacked off or other modifications. It is also a trove of parts. It has a five speed manual transmission and a manual shift transfer case. It has a 4.6L V-8. The truck only has around 90,000 original miles. It is outfitted with a 4.5 inch Rancho Lift, 4, nearly new, Rancho RS 5000 shocks, and a Rancho Steering Stabilizer. It is rolling on BFG 315/75 R16 tires that are nearly new and mounted on PRIME aluminum turbine rims. The truck was well maintained throughout its life. It is a Lariat so, although dirty inside, it has all the leather and electric everything as well as a six cd changer. The seats have been protected with lamb skin covers since around 30,000 miles so they are still in pretty good condition. It has been my intention to repair this truck. It has been sitting covered up for three years now. However, I have moved up north and the expense of taking it along is just not an option. I have nearly $28,000 invested in this rig. This truck is being offered on Craig’s List and in local media . I am starting the bid on ebay at $500. That is just under the cost of one rim. She is ugly but runs real sweet. This truck is available for local pick up only in Phoenix Arizona. I will certainly work with you if you wish to arrange transportation elsewhere.
