1957 Buick Special two-door sedan. Original dark green and pastel green exterior showing a nice gloss. Original black and white interior. The interior appears to be original and is in very nice condition showing no rips or wear through. Dashboard and steering wheel are original and in very good condition. The body is solid,straight, and all steel. This body accepts a magnet in every location including the lower extremities and wheel well areas,(which are the most prone to rust.) This Buick has the original 364 CID V8 engine with the Dynaflow automatic transmission and original differential. The only changes to the car have been the Skylark wire wheels and BFG radial blackwall tires. The original full cover hubcaps are also included.The chrome is acceptable,but the taillight housings have pitting,as does the gas fill cover in the center of the rear bumper. The stainless side trim is very nice and dent free. The car runs and drives like a 1957 Buick would be expected to. I have had no significant issues with this car and have owned it since 2003. I find it necessary to thin down my vintage vehicle collection.otherwise this car would not be available. I am NOT a dealer of any kind.
