They informed me (after a phone call made to the state today) that it could be 7 TO 10 days before I receive the CLEAN and CLEAR with NO LIENS Georgia title that should have been here already.If this is an issue, I will work with buyer to not pay deposit until title arrives if you wish, or work it out how ever you feel is fair for you.
