Here is my 1987 Suzuki Samurai 4X4 Tin Top SUV, 5 speed, 1.3 liter factory engine. Original low miles, 64788 to be exact. It is a classic car, 26 Years old this year so you can register/insure as a classic vehicle in most states. This tin top has a clear title, clean car fax, very little rust if any. Originally a California vehicle for first half of it's life. The original owner brought it to New York State when he moved here. It was never driven in the winter here as you can tell by the pictures i have listed. I will list below the items recently done to it. This also has the original paint and stickers(graphics) from 1987. Good: Transmission REBUILT less than 500 miles ago. (New bearings, seals, syncronizer rings, gaskets. Shift and works flawlessly. All JDM parts were used. Have RECEIPT. New Clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing and throwout bearing done same time as transmission. All LUK brand components were used. Have RECEIPT. Transmission oil and transfer case oil were just done. I used the correct 75W90 GL-4 rated gear oil, synthetic Red-line brand. Front and rear differential gear oil was just changed with gl-5 gear oil. New Transmission mount, new Transmission shifter bushing, new Tranfer case shifter bushing Rebuilt Toyota carb just put on 500 miles ago. This is a direct replacement for the problematic factory Hitachi carburetor if you know Suzuki. I have the original carb to include with the truck also. Added a manual choke and cable for the above Toyota carburetor. The carburetor and choke cable are the only modifications to this truck. New engine accessory/fan belt. Have RECEIPT. New timing belt Newer battery. New Shocks, all the way around. Have RECEIPT. New water pump with Coolant flush and fill just done. New heater temperature control cable. Have RECEIPT New Valve cover gasket. Have RECEIPT. New spark plugs, cap, rotor, cap seal, o-ring seals on distributor shaft also done (common oil leak problem). Have RECEIPT. Tires are matching set with nice tread on factory set of rims. Original paint and graphics on body, even the rims are original paint. **I have been driving this for a couple months all over including a 2 hour trip each way and it runs great, shifts great, everything works as it should. Bad: not much to say here. It is original paint so it is fading on roof a little bit and on some of the edges. One spot on left rear quarter was touched up from a small dent (this small spot still in primer. Not really much rust to speak of, look at bottoms of side and rear door inside edges. Nice and Clean. Front seats have wear(wholes) at side bolsters. I require a $500.00 down payment to be sent immediately upon auction end. I am located in Western NY, about 40 minutes from Buffalo and 50 minutes from Rochester in case you are thinking of flying in. I could pick you up from airport if needed. Yes it is inspected, until October in new York state, should pass again no problem. The autocheck shows 122000 miles in the late 1990's. The owner told me it had 22000 miles when he renewed the registration but somehow it shows 122000. I guess I believe him on that due to the condition. Obviously the odometer only has 5 digits, not 6. So it has either 164xxx miles or 64xxx miles. Not sure how to confirm for you on that other than what the owner told me. It did have 60xxxx miles printed on the title when I got it from the owner. Look at the pics and come drive it if you are close and let that help make ur decision. There are no leans, clean, clear new York state title in hand. Yes all doors and windows and locks work. Have 3 or so keys for it and the door lock and keys function(lock and unlock all the doors fine).
