Vehicle Detail
I have owned and loved this car since May 2008. Since then, it has been garaged, well maintained, and only driven 13,786 miles in the five years since I took ownership, or less than 3,000 miles per year, primarily for local errands. It recently passed Pennsylvania state inspection, including emissions, in May 2013. It's only been driven 940 miles since its last oil change in May 2012. The stated mileage is as of the listing date, June 14, 2013. (I intend to drive it only locally until it sells.) It has a working air conditioner/heater, working radio, and has had more than $5,000 worth of mechanical work done to it in the last five years, including: * New battery (January 2013) * New hood struts (January 2013) * New right side engine cooling fan (October 2011) * New oil pressure sending unit (October 2011) * New lower control arms on both sides in front end, sway bar link, & bushings (April 2010) * New heater control valve & hoses (February 2010) * Two new BF Goodrich tires (driven 8,928 miles since October 2009) * New clutch (May 2009) * New rear brake pads (October 2008) * New seals on fuel injectors (October 2008) Given that this is a 25 year old classic car, it has some of the usual wear and tear, including a minor oil leak and some pitting (see photos). Its rear hatch shocks could also use replacing. I intended to keep this car forever, and therefore put a lot of money into it. However, we're moving to Florida and already own three other cars and, sadly, the Porsche isn't coming with us. My loss is your gain. Happy bidding! On Jun-15-13 at 19:18:44 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added additional photos, including several with the lights on, and of the dashboard. I had also forgotten about a cracked stop bracket (??) on the driver's side door, that allows the door to swing open wider than it should. The door is still perfectly attached. I believe it's a $25 part.
