Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2012 Honda Rancher 420 FE Electric Shift EFI 4x4 Utility ATV. It is one of the most versatile, dependable ATV's ever made. This Rancher has EFI Electronic Fuel Injection. Fuel Injection makes cold starts a thing of the past. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just turn the key, hit the start button, and you're gone. The heart of this machine is the 420 four stroke, liquid cooled, work horse engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. The Engine is backed up by the awesome Electric shift transmission. Although you do shift gears with your thumb, there is no clutch. These are the ultimate in simple reliability. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. If you want an excellent ATV to hunt, work or play and bring you a lifetime of enjoyment, this is definitely the machine for you. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in nice condition. It has 1307 Original Miles and 173.1 hours of engine use. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The plastics look clean except for some minor blemishes. There are some spots on the right rear fender that have some scratches, but this should be expected when considering a used machine. The front left fender also has a scratch or two on it, and I've taken a picture to show them.The battery cover has two small cracks in it. This is extremely common for Honda Rancher 420s and most used 420s we see have this blemish. Again, we have shown a picture below to show this area.This Rancher also has a Warn 15RT winch installed. ITs a 1500lb winch that is more than enough to lift this machine straight off the ground. IT has a toggle switch mounted to the left side of the handlebars. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $7500. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. Shipping: We do not provide shipping, but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
