I purchased this car with 100,000 mile. I am the second owner and the car has spent it's whole life in Indiana. I have the CAR FAX report that states no accidents or excessive damage in the history. As a daily driver, I've upgraded to a 5 series 535ix and this car is in excess to my current needs: A very nice BMW 325ix Sportwagon with all the main operating components working and in good order as follows: 1.) Engine and Transmission in very good working condition with plenty of power, no oil leaks and regular oil changes.2.) New tires in March 2011 with approximately 75% tread remaining3.) Exceptional external body condition for an 11 year old car with no dents and some light scratches that could be buffed out if the owner wants perfection.4.) All electronics working including lights, wipers, seats, seat heaters, door locks, windows and turn signals, CD and radio. (one exception noted below)5.) Air Conditioning is working and blows cold air.6.) Interior is good condition with typical scratches but: NO tears or cracks in the seats, floors in very good condition with mats, no rips or water damage in the floor. EXCEPTIONS: 1.) The driver electric window button for the rear left passenger window does not work2.) The interior sun roof cover has flaws (it does not close very well due to some damage, it has to be opened and closed manually). This is only the cover, not the window itself, the window opens and closes fine.3.) The interior has typical scratches and seats are faded due to the years - typical wear and tear for a car this age. KEY Maintenance Improvements: 1.) Oct 2012 replaced Ball joints and tie rod assy with complete front end alignment - $1,325.002.) New tires in March 2011. There will be NO RESERVE for this car, but a starting price of $3,500 which is a great price for a car of this vintage and condition.
