1978 Chevrolet Malibu Classic with only 1500 miles on totally new drivetrain (subject to change as car is driven). It is a beautiful rust free example that I bought from the original owner. He was an elderly man who meticulously kept all records. I have the original documentation as well as his maint log. He changed the oil on the car's original 305 engine every thousand miles. Over a period of two years I had my mechanic, who is an avid racer and owns his own shop, replace every suspension and drivetrain component. I am a 50yo guy, not a kid, and this is not a garage homebuilt. The interior is in great shape, though there are some scratches on door panels. It is all original except for the stereo and the new Classic Dash Instrument cluster. It has working, freezing cold, just serviced AC. The body and paint are in excellent shape. The car drives and handles like a brand new car, due to its tubular suspension and all new parts. The drivetrain consists of a Smedding Performance Crate engine, TCI Trans, Currie driveshaft, and Grand National posi rear with new 3.42 gears. It is always garage kept. I am selling it because I need cash for a new business. I do not have to sell it, so dont bother to low ball. This car is for somebody who wants a dependable, fast car of its vintage.
