1986 Land Rover Defender 110 300tdi Diesel LHD Welcome to my listing. This is not a 1980. Ebay doesn't recognize the import vin. This is a genuine 1986 Land Rover 110 left hand drive 300tdi diesel legally imported and registered here in San Diego, California. I have owned this vehicle for two years, and I am the only U.S. owner other than the dealership that I purchased it from. Details: 1986 Land Rover 110 5-Door. Left hand Drive. 4 cyl 300tdi Turbo Diesel engine installed by Premier Rover in San Diego with receipts. 20+ mph!! Matching R380 Transmission. Drivetrain has approximately 95K on the clock to include newer front diff. Very Straight & low rust body finished in its original color. Paint isn't great, cheaper UK spray but it's a solid 20 footer. Hood paint is a slightly different white than the rest of the rig. Original chassis is in good condition with only surface rust towards the rear of the vehicle Updated push button doors. Couple of the door seals should be done if you are going to store it in the elements. Doors shut fine, but the hinges are starting to sag so they will need to be replaced at some point. Interior is in good condition with Exmoor Trim grey vinyl seats and rubber floor mats. Still has the original headliner and carpet in the middle and rear. Hanibal Safari Roof Rack. Probably one of the best aluminum racks money can buy. ARB winch front bumper. Again, one of the best. This vehicle can be driven anywhere and is completely dependable. It starts right up every time and is just a blast to drive. This has been serviced at Premier Rover since day 1 and is ready for years of fun.
