I have owned this Bugeye since 1999. It has been completely stripped to basics. The frame is completely rust free and originated in California. I had it soda blasted and then epoxy painted plus the base coat. Unfortunately, time just does not permit me to continue with this project. The following comes with the car: bonnet, front axle, radiator, engine, transmission, windshield (glass intact), doors, and numerous other small parts. eBay does not give the option for title, but there is NO title with this vehicle thus the "use for parts." The bonnet was also soda-blasted and the inside was powder coated black. The black in the picture of the drivers side floor is paint and is not rust. Again, aside from some minor surface rust the car is rust free. It has been a number of years since the strip and paint and there was a little surface rust there and I apparently grabbed a can of Rustoleum. See pictures of underneath.
