We have discovered a hidden treasure that has been tucked away !! This is a 2 owner car and the last issue date on the title was 1966! I don't believe that the Edsel registry even knows that this one exists! Offered at No Reserve! This is an Original 1958 Edsel Corsair 2 door this car we found tucked away in a nice building, the second owner purchased it in 1966 and has treasured it since, but circumstances came up and he put it for sale, all though this car is not perfect it is real nice! it features the original drive train with the 410CI engine also known as the E475 from the factory these produced 345 HP and 475ft lbs of torque the mileage is original at 64086 however the engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago and able to accept unleaded gas, approx. 1500 miles on it now there were only 3632 of these Corsair cars ever produced and even fewer with the 410 engine which makes this a Very Rare automobile ! it would not take much to get this car on the road as a daily summer driver or restore it and have a rare show piece here are the issues I have found with the car on a road test it drove nice and shifted smooth but the brakes need some attention, they are not all grabbing evenly but they do work, the wipers are not working, the horn is not working, heater core not hooked up so no heat, that's all the issues I have found that need immediate attention to drive it the headliner has 2 seams that have come loose, the rest of the interior is beautiful, the radio works but can not tune any stations in, the paint is nice but not the original color, on the plus side, body is solid with no evidence of filler and owner stated there was not any, the underside of the car is just as solid as the top with no rust out,the inside of trunk looks like new, the bumpers are beautiful and look as good as new, all the stainless trim on the car is excellent, all the glass is good, tires are like new owner stated about 1 year old with less than 500 miles, interior seats, door panels rear panels and carpet are excellent, all in all a very nice and rare car please feel free to call me with any questions, or it will be available for an inspection any time during the auction, once the auction ends so does the inspection time and high bidder will own this rare piece of automotive history, 989-600-4679 I require a $500 non refundable deposit via paypal with 24 hrs of auction end and balance within 7 days of auction end, this car is being sold as is with no warranty implied or expressed, if you are having it shipped I will give you plenty of time to have it picked up again call with any questions or if you would like to make a buy it now offer 989-600-4679 On Apr-28-13 at 17:55:54 PDT, seller added the following information:DATA TAG INFORMATION X8WW700448 E style -63A- Body Specif -EXX-E-H20-4-A-
