Vehicle Detail
This is a sweet MACH 1 that is all there, interior is in really good shape and org. The body is straight and both doors close like a new car, no sag. This is a rare 351C with factory AC. Runs and drives fine. There is some rust on the body but nothing that can't easily be fixed. There are two fist size spots in the floor pans ($150 repair). The quarters have rust and there are two spots on the roof. It still has the factory stripes and hood scoops. Seats are in good shape, the org. drivers seat need to be adjusted Factory wheels. This is another one of those cars my kids will ask, "why did you ever sell that MACH 1 dad?" Take a few weekends and a paint job and you will have yourself a true collectible... No frame rust just a few body panels. Power steering and brakes work fine. I have two sets of OEM Ford keys they look like they might be the original keys. Clear South Carolina title in hand. This is a fast car! I had to stop driving it today bacause I started wanting to keep it... The tires hold air and can drive fine but, I would not take them cross country! On Apr-18-13 at 21:51:56 PDT, seller added the following information: We changed all of the fuilds today. This car runs like a sewing machine, idles perfect and no knocking, leaks (that I can see) and no smoking..There is a rust spots around the truck lid. With some new rubber I would drive this car to Texas tomorrow. All of the glass is perfect and window roll up and down fine.On Apr-18-13 at 21:56:29 PDT, seller added the following information: These 70's Mach 1's have become collector cars. I just sold my 1969 Mach 1 for $26,000. This is a much more affordable way to have a bad ass car without breaking the bank. Oh, it needs a headliner but, those are cheap. I just bought one for my Torino for $69.00.. Shifts fine and the drivetrain is stock from front to back.On Apr-22-13 at 16:33:07 PDT, seller added the following information: See this monster run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTLHBfXXdno&feature=youtube_gdata_player
