I purchased this from the company I work for a month or so ago in hopes to fix it up to be a family vehicle, since then I have changed my mind and now I’m selling it in hopes to find me that perfect American muscle car instead. This is a 2006 Dodge 2500HD Ram Quad Cab 4x4 with 176,808 miles, it has been used off road, in the oil and gas industry, since new. It has the 5.9 Liter Cummins Diesel Engine. Everything on this truck is in working order. There are scratches and dings in the body with the biggest one in the rear driver’s side door, it is hardly noticeable but is still there. The tires are a Big O brand off road and only have a couple hundred miles on them. The driver’s seat has a tear in it but the rest of the interior looks good but needs a deep cleaning The engine runs super strong when warm but when it is started cold it has a miss to it and smokes, I called the Chrysler dealer and they said it sounds like a fuel injector is plugged. After idling for a few minutes, 5-10, the truck runs out real well. I drove this one from Louisiana to Colorado at 65-75 MPH and had no problems, in fact I was surprised at how good it ran. After I parked it I noticed a small oil spot under the truck. I just had it down for service, they changed the oil and installed a new fuel filter and checked all the boxes so it is ready to go. The transmission works perfect and it will go right into 4X4 without any problems or unusual noise. Overall this seems like it would be a pretty good truck.
