1969 award winning Mustang Convertible Resto-Mod 5 Speed 351Windsor I have owned this car for the last 12 years. I lovingly restored it over those years to its current state. It is with reservation that I offer it up for sale today. I have only driven it about 500 miles since I have owned it and just seems like it should be enjoyed more. Since it has been under my ownership, it has never seen rain, and has only been washed once after it was restored! This 69 Mustang, has power top, power disc brakes, 5 speed World class T5 transmission paired with a rebuilt, ported, 351 Windsor V8 and has a heavy duty sway bar with polyurethane bushings. I paid very close attention to detail. Almost everything on this car has been restored, rebuilt or replaced. It is refinished in Base Coat / Clear its original color, Black Jade. I have a large file of receipts and documentation on the car, most of which are from me, however I do have registrations back to 1984, most of this cars early life that I have documented is from Oklahoma. I purchased the car from a young college student in Chicago, that was moving around too much to work on and keep the car in a garage. This car would be described as excellent. I have taken it to two local car shows and won Best Mustang both shows. I have too many projects in the garage and not enough time or space for all of them.
