Vehicle Detail
First off, I'd like to mension that this is NOT your typical "Salvage Title Vehicle". I have posted tons of photos and a video to show that. I incourage that you click on the "Full Vehicle Report" and see that this car was NOT involved in a "wreck". I also haven't noticed any reports of fire, flood, or theft, so I'm still puzzled about this matter as how in the world this car became "salvage title". I've had this E30 for about 2 years, the person before me had it for less than a year, and he was clueless regarding this issue as well. Unfortunatelly that's as far back as I've been able to investigate the history on this car. But if you are a true E30 Beemer Enthusiast like myself, and love this particular body style, you're not gonna care so much about winning or losing a few hundred dollars over the title issue, as long as you know you got yourself a straight, solid, California, rust FREE nice lil E30 with lots of potential. I hate to let this car go after only 2 years, never really had the chance to enjoy it as much as I wanted to (not even 2k miles of driving), but I'm getting married this summer, and my future wife's already pointing her finger at all my toys and telling me that I need to start letting some go... Now a little bit about the car: This seems to be quite a rare model these days, the "325". It has the m20b25 Head with the 2.7E Block. Its not the "i", not the "is", not the "e", nor the "es", just "325". I've driven a couple of 325e models before, that come with the 2.7 Engine, and this one blows them away, and also had a '90 325i, which seems to be very much like it... The Motor feels strong with plenty of life left in it, same with the Clutch. Tranny shifts smoothly (good syncros).Good Header and Exhaust pipe from front to back. Brakes work very well (ABS). Manual sunroof operates with ease. Power Windows and Power Mirrors work fine. Dash is in excellent condition. It has Leather Seats that match all panels in color Pearl Beige. (small issue with the Driver seat in the typical spot)Always used same gas (Chevron 91) Work done last year: NEW- Timing Belt + All other belts NEW- Throttle Cable NEW- Clutch Fan NEW- All 4 Rotors/Pads NEW- All 4 Shocks- KYB NEW- 4 Tires NEW- NGK Spark Plugs NEW- Air Filter All Gear Oil Serviced (with the proper BMW OIL) A/C serviced Work done last month: NEW Bosch o2 Sensor Smog Check PASSED Engine Oil Change (Mobil1)Tuned by the guys at JMP Autowerks Some of the things I didn't get a chance to do: Hook up the StereoFix the Odometer Replace the Reverse Switch Fix the Front Left Brake Line Sensor (Lights up) See why the Door Locks struggle 50% of the time, so I got used to locking/unlocking from the trunk... Get a new paint job... This is a good example of an Unmolested E30... Please note that you are bidding on a used car and it has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. I descibed the vehicle as accuratelly as possible, however, there's no possible way to include every detail and imperfection.TITLE in hand. All deposits are non-refundable. Sold as is. Thank you!
