1968 Chrysler New Yorker,4 door Hardtop, No Post, One owner car with only 62,223 Miles, Just rebuilt the complete drivetrain to make it a long distance dependable cruiser, Here is some of the details that I had completed on this car: The engine starts right up,The Ignition was upgraded to electronic, No points to worry about, She idles Perfect on all 3 stages of idle. Runs GREAT. So much money was spent on the drivetrain, To make it a very reliable and powerful 318 Motor with excellent gas mileage, And she Sounds GREAT. The engine was gone through with rebuilt heads, new valve guides and seals, polished crankshaft w/New bearings, new connecting rods, new lifters, new pushrods, new rocker arms, new rocker shafts, New rings and Pistons, new H/D oil pump, cam/rod/main bearings, freeze plugs, valve grind and finally a Comp Cam - (just a hair above stock for a subtle lope -Complete New Flowmaster Dual Exhaust System, the one-step up cam makes it sound awesome from the rear). Comp Cam is a 252H Flat Tappet cam 252 duration, 206 @ 0.50, 425 valve lift / lobe lift 283. Rear end is a 8 3/4 Positraction w/271 gears, rebuilt with pinion/carrier/axle bearings and seals, Also the trans rebuilt with seals,gaskets and a new converter,trans shifts GREAT. New motor mounts and transmission mount. New Wheel Cylinders and Brakes and lines. All new Belts Hoses and Fluids. Just had its first Oil change with Zinc. This car is turn Key ready to travel anywhere you want to go with confidence and Comfort!!!
