This listing is for a completely original and untouched M1009 Military CUCV, purchased from the government at an auction in Barstow at the end of 2008. This is as close as you can get to purchasing one of these vehicles directly from the government. This is one of several trucks we have coming available that was originally purchased with the intent to use in our CUCV reconditioning program. Due to an overwhelming response from our customers we’ve decided to sell some of these vehicles in the condition that we received them from government surplus in. This means that while these vehicles are not drivers, but rather in tow-away condition, the trucks are still complete in rolling, turning, braking condition and could be made to run reliably for less than $1k. Many of these vehicles may only need as much as new batteries and a fluid/filter change to get into a reliable running state. The price listed is as-is, but if interested we could negotiate a price to handle the mechanical needs to make the truck a runner. Additionally if you’d like us to perform a full vehicle reconditioning on one of these, we’d be more than happy to and reconditioned units start at $11,995 incl. the cost of the vehicle. All of these trucks are as originally equipped with the 6.2L Detroit diesel and turbo 400 transmission, and 24V starting system. They all come ready to be registered with a clean and clear Colorado Title in our company name so registration is a breeze as well. Shipping is available to the lower 48 States, and normally runs anywhere from $500 to $1250 with the vehicles in non-running condition, depending on the destination.
