A true "garage" find! Original California black plate Willys. Bought originally from two sisters whose father bought it at a year old for their Tahoe house...They would tow it up every May and bring it home in Oct.. This was done from the early sixties until 1998 when it was tuned up and put back in the garage waiting to go back up the next year but their father fell ill and eventually the house in Tahoe was sold. It sat in of the sister's garage from 98 until last summer when they offered it to me. I ended up with it...took and it started right up..Since then I have a a friend of mine who owns a shop give it the once over and we ended changing out the brakes, master cylinder, fuel pump, and hoses. Runs like a top! Speaking of the top it seems to be in VERY good orig shape. I googled the company and they have been out of business since the early eighties. With the look of the top and vintage front end I get asked a lot if it's a old Range Rover...the tires and wheels are the way I found them, they are snow and mud. only rust issue seems to be about a 2 inch crack on the passenger side floor. other than that floors and body seem to be super solid! For someone looking for a super original unmolested Willys Cj5, this could be it! Any questions..feel free to ask! Thanks!
