Only 118K miles, it was purchased new in Spokane Wa. but spent the last several years here in California. This Jeep was obviously cared for fanatically and looks virtually new inside and out. Repainted once in the original color to a fairly high standard, you may find a stray chip or ding, but none that really stand out. The faux wood panels were either replaced at one time or were well preserved as they also look great. There is some minor pitting on the chrome door handles and a few small scratches in the stainless grill surround, but again nothing that detracts. Inside, the leather is just beginning to crease from wear. the carpets and headliner also look great. All controls seem to work well with the exception of the power door locks and the heater fan. Stangely, the fan blows fine for the AC which is amazingly cold! Mechanically, it runs and drives well but has a slight hesitation when cold, and the idle seems a bit high. The speedo cable is finding its voice, and should be either lubricated or replaced. There is also a faint growl coming from the rear which is probably a wheel bearing, or possibly a differential bearing. Under the hood is amazing with hardly any grime. Each component still looks virtually factory fresh or carefully restored. Recent work includes new tires, front brake pads, an oil change, and a tune up with cap rotor and plugs. Passed the California smog test easily. Simply one of the nicest Grand Wagoneers I've seen in over 20 years. These are just now becoming collectible so get one while you can.
