This classic car was left to me by my grandfather and the time has finally come for it to show its true potential to the right owner. This car has spent the majority of its life garaged and has only about 25,000 original miles. I have taken this car into my mechanic to have it serviced and saftey inspected for sale.Everything was fine except for Ball Joint boots torn,oil pan was wet with oil, and he thought that the air conditioner should be charged. I also know that the headliner material has come loose and the convertible top material (that has only been put on the car once) is also loose. Taking all of that into account, the owner of the shop still said that this car is one of the most beautiful examples of the 88 XJSC that he has ever seen. I am including a copy of the Safety Inspection for you to see. You now know everything about the mechanical condition of this car that I know. Except for the few things mentioned before, which I am told are to be expected from a car this age, this car is stunning to look at and thrill to drive. It has got the classic lines of a luxury car and the adrenaline pumping power of a 12 cylinder.
