1948 chevy coupe professionally rebuilt 19 years ago in new york, made its way to the west. I have gone through and freshen up car like new king pins, brake pads, new crate motor with 8000 miles and nice cam, lifters and springs, Rebuilt 4 speed borg warner t10 with hurst shifter, new shocks, new tapered wheel bearing for front and back. Car sits 4" lower front and back new drive shaft, 57 chevy rear end, dual stainless steel exhaust with 32" glass packs all the way to the back. Sounds great with cam. battery in the trunk, paint looks great for 19 year old lacquer paint but it has road chips and cracks not perfect, i give it a7.5. All chrome in great shinny condition and complete inside and out interior in good shape has its wear and minor 1" tear on diver seat but its has been fixed. Engine compartment is painted too. Engine and transmission mounts are professionally done looks like they came with car. All gauges work, speedo works, including clock, heater and defroster works great. 2 speed wipers work good. Can drive care long distance, i know i do for shows never over heat even in Arizona. Car appraised for 22000 from my insurance all lights work turn signals head light are french in. Hood is shaved peaked and louvered. Rear deck lid is shaved and opens with solenoid. all fresh oils and components on motor. new tires on 15'' wheels painted black new chrome center cap and bullet stile lug nuts, headliner is perfect open to trade for sale local so might end early any more questions cause im sure i missed some thing call me on my cell my name is dave 415720520 five
