Its been a fun 10 years with this Corvette but the time has come to move it along. This is a solid mechanical car and runs and drives great. Although this is a driver and not a show car it has won three trophies over the past 10 yrs, the 700r4 Overdrive trans gives both the get up and go and a comfortable highway cruising with decent highway mileage, the Steeroids rack and pinion gives a nice steering feel. Remove the T- tops and removable rear window and cruise away...No surprises here, I have and will disclose everything I know about the car and have photo documentation of everything. I do not need to sell this so no games or low balling on the agreed upon purchase price. 1977 Corvette Stingray purchased 10/30/02 with approx 123,000 on it. all work referred to as new or rebuilt has been in this time frame. Car has always been garaged in my ownership. I have receipts for over $17,802 for work done on the car (not including purchase price). the car has a rebuilt Hi performance 355 cid 69/70 four bolt main bored .030 over, comp cams XE268h and roller tipped 1.6 rockers, Fuelie heads, 9.25 :1 final compression ratio. Hooker headers true dual 2.5 exhaust with H pipe. rebuilt Quadra jet 750 cfm, dual cold air intake, Edelbrock performer aluminum intake, Aluminum water pump, new fuel pump and "S" line, Rebuilt Alternator, proform Hi torque ministarter, Proform built HEI, steeroids rack and pinion, rebuilt powersteering pump, 700r4 overdrive trans with BTO linkages and valve spring, 2500 stall converter, RPM controlled torque converter lock up as well as manual toggle switch override , HD 1/4' steel channel trailing arms with all new bearings, completely rebuilt 3.07 rear differential with new axle stubs, VBP Smart struts, frt and rear polyurethane bushings, rebuilt wheel calipers and new rotors, recored radiator, new seat foam and coverings, new carpeting, all new vacuum tubing in engine compartment for head lights. new front windshield, New front end ball joints , Needs nothing in engine, driveline or suspension areas. extensive zero clearance insulation, new gas shocks, Removable rear window from earlier model year. CD player, poweramplifier and 4 speakers. Paint job is very shiney but has many issues I have left it this way to use as a driver. The air conditioning has been removed.
