This is basically a Supra Turbo that has been on a diet! Toyota JDM 1JZ GTE 2.5l twin turbo engine and automatic transmission. Not modified. Featured in Street Rodder magazine (with fenders). Fenders included, but they need shetmetal work. Custom built frame. Bolt-in front and rear suspension from MKIII Toyota Supra/Lexus. Fully independent front and read. New QA1 adjustable shocks and springs. Power steering. Custom aluminum driveshaft made by Shaftmasters. Torsen differential, 4.08 rear gear ratio. 1JZ GTE 2.5l twin turbo engine and automatic transmission. Not modified. Rated at 280hp in Japan (limit there), but conservatively rated. Much higher hp is possible with increased turbo boost. Sheetmetal has been sandblasted and primed with PPG epoxy primer. All areas of rust on the body have been repaired. New floor. Drivetrain removed from a ½ cut JDM Japanese Soarer (Supra), with 72k miles showing on odometer. Stainless fuel tank. Walbro fuel pump with Ford inertia safety switch. New Auto Meter gauges. Lexan windshield. No side or back glass. Acura seats. Lexus 18” staggered wheels, purchased new. 1,800 miles since build.
