Most of the items you see are local police department auction items and are seized items with no history available for them. All of the items are given to me in as is condition they are sold as is. We are a licensed and insured contracted state auction. All items come from municipalities, state agencies, police or fire departments. The car is rusty from being used in the winters 6. The engine is rusty too 7. There are holes and screw holes form where the police equipment used to be attached 8.
