Terms: Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (unless vehicle is picked up in person), as well as any applicable state and local taxes. A document fee is required for retail sales. As a courtesy service to our customers, we can offer limousine sedan service from Newark’s Liberty International Airport during normal business hours. Buyer must produce a $500.00 deposit within 48 hours of purchase. The deposit can be in the form of a wire transfer, cashier check, cash, or credit card. Vehicle must be paid in FULL within 7 days of auction end. The remainder of the balance due must be paid before the vehicle leaves our facility. We will not accept credit cards or Pay Pal for the entire balance, only the deposit. Vehicle must be picked up with in 3 weeks of auction end unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both the seller and buyer prior to auction end. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
