Wanted: New home for 1965 Ford Mustang. 289 V8 engine. NO RESERVE. Car will sell. Purchased as a gift for my dad so he can drive it around town and show it off to his friends. Now he wants to sell it. The following is new or repaired on the car: Manual Disc brakes so it stops really good, no more drum brakes; New radiator so the car does not overheat; New condenser so the air conditioning blows nice cold air- also replaced the sight gauge hose; Tune up; Repaired front tear on the seat (driver's side). Mileage is approximate because the car is driven from time to time. The car runs well. Goes fast. I have driven it up to 80 mph on the highway. Has a nice sound when you press on the accelerator. A/C works. Stops well with the disc brakes. No rust on the car. Paint has some chip marks that can be easily repainted. Interior is good. No radio. Car comes with new interior panels (existing ones are good) and new gas cap. Car is a 7 on a 1-10 scale, with a 1 being worthless junk and a 10, a mint show car. Recommend the following: Put in a radio and repair the door window guides (windows crank open and close with some effort), then she is really ready to go. Always have the car inspected.
